Mera divorce final ho chuka hai.2nd motion mera januray 2025 me ho gya hai. Mere ex ko mujhe allimony 3 installments me dena tha... first motion, 2nd motion and at the time of quashing FIR 498A. Mujhe 2 installments mil gayi hai or divorce case end ho gya h. Par abi tak quashing ka kuch nahi hua. Ex se baat ki uska kehna hai court se date nahi mil rahi file ho chuka hai. Par mere paas information nahi hai. Mein kaise apni 3rd installment ke liye application de sakti hu

हाँ, mutual divorce (आपसी तलाक) की स्थिति में पत्नी अपने द्वारा शादी में लगाए गए गहने, उपहार, कैश आदि की वापसी मांग सकती है, खासकर जब उसने अपना पूरा स्त्रीधन वापस कर दिया हो और खुद कमाने का कोई साधन न हो। यदि वह जॉब नहीं करती और शादी में अपनी सेविंग्स खर्च कर चुकी है, तो वह पति से मुआवज़े या खर्च की मांग कर सकती है। यह मांग आपसी सहमति से तलाक की अर्जी में दर्ज होनी चाहिए।
