My friends' wife threatened him yesterday that she will circulate my number and I'll start getting calls from random people. She then posted my phone number on her Facebook timeline. What are my legal options against her?

Q: Can my husband claim the custody of child

I m mutual divorced recently through family court my child is minor and it is written by my husband that he will not claim the custody of my child in future. Will he able to claim custody in future or not?

If we talk about filing a petition in the court, then your husband can do it, but it will be almost impossible for him to take the custody of the child specially after giving it in written so you don't need to worry

I filed section 13 divorce case against wife, But wife father , wife mother & her boyfriend started torturing me, Also they have attak on me by sending some Gunda. Also coming frequently to my home & using abusive word.So I frustrated totally & also tried to suicide once, Now I want to file case & FIR against wife boyfriend, wife father , wife mother so which IPC section I can file

this act will not fall under section 306 IPC as no suicide was held but only suicide committed so she will be tried under section 116 IPC where 1/4 of the total imprisonment can be imposed to her.you can contact for further clarification

Married 16 years; have son age 14 yrs. things not going well with wife. She abuses me & parents. She had 2extra marital affairs. Have a video of her kissing a man. The video from spy cam & third party tool. Video was deleted ,I have copy. Spy cam destroyed, secured its leftovers. I have call recording of lover (other man)threatening her. I also have 2 videos of her abusing me. She steals; she stole from neighbor who called police. it was settled & no FIR filed. No physical relation since 2021.

you can easily get divorce with your wife on these grounds also apart from this you can also file a criminal case against your wife and other person for threatening etc.you need to contact a lawyer for details

Q: STUCKED IN FAKE RAPE CASE AND WANT TO QUASH THE FIR SO PLEASE ADVICE M

dear sir\ni have stucked in a fake rape case by my ex gf. in starting we have consensual sex without promising of marriage. she mentioned in FIR that in first sex i have given some alcohol in drink and forceful raped her and make some nude video and then make promise to marriage and in second time without her consent i again do sex with her. after 26 days i got regular bail on my merit basis. so now want to ask can i go to hc for quash this FIR without compromise with girl or not?

definitely you can go to the high court for quashing the FIR but you should have sufficient proof/evidence in your favour so that we can prove in the high court that you are innocent and your girlfriend made a false case against you.
