Marriage divorce husband not giving

Hi i was 19 when i got married with my boyfriend who was a muslim it was a love marriage he made a paper of my caste conversion n we did nikah n got court marriage certificate im 22 now im asking his for divorce as we are not able to stay together anymore however he is so stubborn that in any case he wont give me divorce

I presume that you have converted to islam. In that case, a wife also can initiate divorce in the form of Khula. This will be relatively short procedure. Otherwise you can approach the court to dissolve the marriage between you and your husband.

mam. first legal notice has to be issued to your husband seeking the divorce. after that a Muslim divorce proceedings will be initiated. the issue of legal notice is first step. the divorce petition then be filled. you can get divorce easily since you was converted

you can file a divorce guy's for of marriage and marriage before the proper Court it is necessary to prove that there is no consumption of marriage after the Nikah took place and it is only flag marriage acting in the certificate so ja stage within one year of the date of marriage must proceed for divorce under the Muslim women's dissolution of Marriage Act 1984
