Yes you can apply for divorce as hey husband is a drunker and he drunks everyday and torturing her wife every day and he prove he is drunker and he need drinks everyday and torturing his wife every day and making her life miserable... approach to any advocate she wiil get divorce for and also you can file for maintainance and also you can file harrasment case

hi for filing divorce you need to wait for atleast till 1 year of marriage and then only you could file for divorce otherwise if there is haraassement then you could file for domestic violence case and also section 498A
