Marriage Annulment - After being married for 3 months a certain behavi

12-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I recently got married and had told my now husband I had been treated for Anxiety Disorder. Just before the marriage i saw a behavior in my husband that i cannot live with. He got extremely angry which was scary...I talked to him about it and he said it was stress and that will I not be happy if people said I changed him. After we got in the marriage I saw the same behavior of Violence and it has even led to me getiing a beating - domestic Violence. Now my condition has moved from Anxiety Disorder to Major Depression Disorder. I cannot live the rest of my life with a person who behaves like this. I then asked a couple of his family members and it have confirmed that this is a behaviour he grew up with. What do i do. It looks like they concealed a behaviour that I should have made an informed decision before entering into the marriage about.

Yes it’s a very pathetic situation and if you have ample proof to prove that your husband is the way you have said so then you can definitely approach the court of law for seeking divorce. Please also think whether you can file a domestic violence case for the above said reason.
