G legally speaking you should not get married before getting decree of divorce after second motion. if you marry then this marriage will be null and void and you could be prosecuted for bigamy. Hello as per your query I would suggest you that the divorce by mutual divorce will not survive if you dont agree on second motion & the second marriage done during pendency of the case will not be legal marriage.
