Marriage after first hearing of mutual divorce

Can a woman get married during the process of mutual divorce where the first motion is done by both the parties? if yes, then will happen in case the opposite party denied the second motion. ?

dear client it would be great if you can wait unless n until you get the decree of your divorce case as you have disclose in your query it's a mutual divorce it hardly takes time as both r consented parties for further information do contact us with your relevant documents.

G legally speaking you should not get married before getting decree of divorce after second motion. if you marry then this marriage will be null and void and you could be prosecuted for bigamy. Means marrying during existence of first marriage. for more brief u may call me to discuss ur case in details.

Hello as per your query I would suggest you that the divorce by mutual divorce will not survive if you dont agree on second motion & the second marriage done during pendency of the case will not be legal marriage.
