Marriage after accidental court marriage

08-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
Hello sir/madam, I and girl did court marriage without my parents permission and presence but girl's parents organised court marriage. Later after that our marriage was not solemnised according to social procedure. Girl is living with parents since then for 3 years and i alone without any talks. We dont want to marry. Can i marry now with other girl according to my parents permission or do we have to take divorce? Girl also sent me message meanwhile that she loves someone else. I told their parents to get us signed on paper and freely do the marriage according to girl's will, but now her parents are not ready for it. I want to settle after marriage and i dont want to marry that previous girl after she sent me message. What can i do or is that court marriage paper invalid after 3 years.

There is nothing called accidental marriage, use the message of the girl, take screenshot and file divorce and get divorced first then only think of marrying someone else, without divorce obtained it will amount to bigamy and you shall liable to be punished

First of all you have to file petition for divorce on mutual consent of you and the girl as because bigamy is a punishable offence. The procedure takes 6-7 months. After the order of divorce you can marry any other girl. And the status of the you will be divorcee at the time of registration of your marriage. For further details, consult with a lawyer.
Thank you.
