maintenance required to raise kids

I am 36 yrs old ...i have 2 kids ( boys) .got married in 2010..i used to leave in mumbai till 2021-2022. I shifted to hyderabad in 2023 to my parents house (initially)..now on rent basis. my husband blocked my contact...n living with his family in mumbai...he is not paying me anything since last one year...he is willing not showing anyincome in his account so he cannot pay me...in this case ...what should i do....his family brainwashed him so much...despite of love marriage he is not responding.

hi if your husband is not looking after you then you could file a case for maintenance on the ground that he is not looking after you and that you need money for your kids education and other daily expenses

so mam hereby viewing your case mam j got know that you're not yet divorced just separated for a while and thereby you can file a case for maintainance from your husband as being still his legally wedded wife and also put a allegations for not responding you can file a case accordingly to the jurisdiction
