Dear Madam,
Unless your advocate takes coheresive steps to recover such arrears of maintenance you never get it. Ask your advocate to file application before the same Judge to recover arrears of Maintenance by issuing attachment warrant for which you have to furnish the details of properties of your husband.

if court passed maintenance order he not provideing you then you can file exuction petition before court same then court will pass arrest warrant then he will pay other wise he will simply delay better imidatatly you can file exuction
