maintenance not received from husband though interim order passed

What are the steps my husband can take to avoid giving maintenance ? What are the measures I can take to get the due maintenance. I am staying with my two kids away from my husband as he is abusive and controlling.

firstly is your husband working and do you have evidences of his employment then it will become easier for you to get maintenance out of him if he refuses he can be arrested asper the laws are concerned

Of course you first file a new case against him to get the money, Then there will be a warrant against him and he will be arrested and he will be forced to pay your maintenance money. Then he will have to pay the money and be released from jail
