Maintenance issue for my child

Dear Sir/Madam
I am sachin pahuja from delhi and my case is running in Palwal district, haryana. Case is about Maintenance crpc 125. and it is start from 2014 after that my wife not demand money everymonth suddenly 2022 she start again this case and demand 200000 something from 2014 to 2022. and i am separate from my parental house also bedhakhal and property is named of my mother. she can right to get part in my parental property. because court issue an order in 14/2/2025. and said about kurkee
Hello Sachin ji. Your wife can claim maintenance as a matter of right until and unless you have something precise to rebut her claims.
However she has no right to your ancestral property. I would suggest you to discuss your case in detail with a good matrimonial lawyer who can help you build a good strategy.
