Yes you can get maintenance for sure from your husband. U hv to file application for maintenance under.sec.125 crpc at Family Court and after getting an order for interim maintenance u can further claim maintenance from domestic violence Court showing that interim maintenance u r getting frm family court is not sufficient. plz annex salary slip for evidence it will support your claim

Yes definitely you can demand maintenance from your husband in case you are living separately from him. There are legal provisions under which you can file an application in the court for claiming maintenance.

You didn't write are you divorcee or not I mean what is your status .ofcource you can get maintenance from your husband either one time lump sum or on regular basis with certain amount of money as maintenance
