Maintenance for myself and Baby from husband

If my husband salary is 70k and he asked me to resign job then in fight he sent me out so how much Maintenance can I and my Baby have from him?

Respected Maintenanace is depening upon the income of husband and the same is dicrition of the court. You can claim whichever is higher but the court will prruse both of your income and now there is new rule that both the parties should file affidavit declaration of assets. Definatly You will get proper maintenance if you pleaded in better way. Please request your respective advocate to pleade and argue in technical manner that court will pass necessary order inyour favour.

Firstly contact advocate to send legal notice asking him to join matrimonial house if he fails you can get good maintenance amount if you have his salary slip..... feel free to consult for further clarification if you need or any legal assistance
