If mutual divorce is filed then the maintenance would be in accordance with the terms and conditions of your settlement deed or MOU. There would not be any interim maintenance from the court. For any further legal assistance please feel free to contact

Thanks

If it is a mutual divorce then the maintenance will have to be given according to the terms and conditions laid down under the MOU, which would have been signed by both the parties and if it is a maintenance petition which had been filed by the wife and there has been an interim order in the said case, then you have to follow the same.

Hi
The alimony payment is governed by your settlement terms which must be entered into at the time of mandatory counselling/ mediation. The payment has to go out per the terms. Please feel free to get in touch in case of further clarification
