Maintenance amount information requires

I am earning 50k per month and taking care of my child alone from past 6 years. He earns more then 3 lakh per month how much maintenance amount .i should received

according to section 125 crpc the husband is suppose to maintain his wife and his children in the same manner as he is doing while they were in a relationship of marriage. in this case ,the husband is bound to provide mentinance and give maintenance.

Dear Client, Herein is no staight jacket formula to decide the maintenance amount it's a complete discretion of the court, but you are still eligible for filling Maintenance under section 125 Cr.P.C so just file case before Family Court then court will decide.

aapko Kam se kam 80000rs se 1lakh Tak ka maintenance milna chahiye agar aap proof kr dete hai ki uski salary 3+hai to other wise jo income bta Raha hai bo usi hisab se apko 30% se 40%tak apko milega Jayda jankari ke liye ap muje call kr sakte hai
