Maintainance issue kindly advice me


22-Jul-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My divorce case is going on, I have 1 year kid I' m working in one company( work from home) and getting 50k salary Can I ask maintenance to my husband nnNow in that company they are asked me to come for office. I have responsiblity to take care of my baby if office is opened means I can't move from my native place nnKindly advice me

It is not that you cannot claim maintenance because of the reason that you are earning. If you can prove that your salary is reasonably insufficient then you can claim for maintenance from your husband. Regarding the kid, you can claim for maintenance for the child irrespective of your earning capacity and job status.

Hello madam your husband salary slip produced before The on trial or not M.C. case is final order or interim order that order by the Court J.M. or M.P.M. Court or family Court? case is pending or disposed?
