So I m not ready to give divorce but he never replied so I m filing maintain case if I file maintaince case I will get divorce sir I don't want divorce I have 9 year daughter he is government employee so they parents are yelling him give to divorce your wife I will see one more girl for you those are give so much money like that their sister telling him now what shall I do sir

Dear Madam Taking control of husband who is govt servant is very easy. Just filing Maintenance case you cannot get divorce. File different cases and copy to his superiors and ask them to transfer his salary to your account.

I think in the maintenance case filed by you you should be getting a order for interim maintenance for both you and your daughter. what now you have to do is to find a liar to file that maintenance case against him. you can also file a DV case.
