I am married with non divorcee women who have two children allready and now we have a one year old daughter also I don't want to stay with her because she is verry dominating and she is not supporting me in my career
non divorcee woman? if she wasn't a divorcee then your marriage with her is itself illegal and void then there arise no question of getting divorce from her when the marriage itself is void in the eyes of law.

If you are Hindu couple then your marriage is not valid because second marriage is not valid unless a Hindu person had been devorced from first marriage....So you can apply to court for nullity of marriage...
As far as daughter is concerned you have to decide about her future and custody..
