M Hubby In Ready To File False Case For Divorce In In Laws Pressure

M married from 3 years in my marriage life many problems is because of my in laws my Hubby is not taking any stand now he is saying he is going to file a divorce case in this he blaming me that m pressurized him to separate from his parents I never pressurized him for sepration if he file case then I will defend my self and how the law will against false case

Hi relax if your husband is threatening to file false case against you it wrong and illegal and you can defend yourself in the court by filing a reply since your don’t want any difference from if you try and talk to him and sort differences or go for marriage counselling
In case he files a case against you the court will issue a Notice and you can hire a lawyer and defend your self and tell the true facts to the court for any other query you can speak to me
