Looking for assistance on Bar wife files Mc across 2 states

Hi Sir/Madam, Looking for assistance if there is any Bar/Ground asking Supreme Court to club or combine the cases(DVC with MC filed in TS state) and CrPC 125 MC (Parament Mc in AP State) from two states to into 1 state case. Is there any ground ? I am not against to pay Maintenance, but file between two state and harassing is really making me inconvenience. Looking for Quash or Transfer those to at one place.

yes ,you can file a transfer petition in the Hon'ble supreme court to transfer the case in the same court , The case filed in another state will be transferred for your concern State where you want The process is very simple ,to file transfer petition ,within 10 days all the proceedings will be stayed, within 2 months the case will be transferred.

If you possess valid grounds, do not hesitate to file a transfer petition with the Hon'ble High Court or even the Supreme Court. The courts will not hesitate to grant the transfer if your reasons hold merit. Assert your rights and pursue the appropriate legal channels with confidence.
