Looking for a legal advice...not looking for divorce

Hi my name is Parinita Priya. I'm married and a working women. After completing two year of marriage my husband had Extramarital affair with his office colleague and I have caught him red hand .... Now it is been more than a year that we are staying away. Now my father is asking me to give him one more chance and want me to move with him .... But I'm very skeptical about the same and I don't think that he has changed and I feel that he might repeat the same in future ...I don't wanna take any risk so I wanted to know is thr any legal procedure to follow before I move with him so that in case in future if the same thing happen I will be in safe hand ...
