Living separate 7 years. Wife deserted NRI husband and came to India

we married in Foreign Marriage act and we stayed together for 2 months and she left me and she left the country UAE in Feb 2013. She doesn't want to live with me and threatens me by not giving me divorce. Neither will she live, nor allow me to live a family life. Now its 7 years of Separation. Which is the best way of quickly divorcing this wife. And i will approach the lawyer based on your best response and tie up with the Palakkad Judge. Please advise if you can help in this case. Thanks. Dani

there need not be any tie up required to get you a divorce through the process of a family court. As your wife being away, the desertion itself would be a good ground for divorce and the permission from your wife is not at all needed for that
