Live in relationship with a married woman

I am in a relationship with a married woman who has suffered domestic violence since 10 years of marriage.she had filed divorce mutual consent in 2017 but the husband stopped appearing on hearing dates.she gave him a chance but again the alcoholic husband started abusing and physically hurting her.Now we want to stay together in a live in relationship and file contested divorce.Now my question is how can we legally live together along with the procedure for this?

If one comes in a relationship with married women then it amounts to Adultery. Fortunately adultery is not a criminal offence now. But it is still a ground to take divorce which that lady's husband can use (if he wants to divorce her). However as you said , he stopped appearing in the mutual divorce then that shows his intention that his is not willing to divorce her. Now, there are certain things that you need to take account of which requires proper discussion.

hello client as i can see ur issue is really a serious issue. things can get settle down as per your wish no nees to worry . divorce petition will be filles on the manner as contrstrd divorce in the court. court will not do any interfearance on ur living together along with the divorce procedure.
