Legal procedure to obtain ex- parte divorce decree from the court

Exparte divorce was granted couple of days prior. Wanted to know how to procure Divorce Decree from court as my lawyer is charging hefty amount just to get it. What are the actual charges.

Charges are flexible but depends on result and responsibilities. If your lawyer charge you hefty amount means he would resolve your issues beyonds clutches of law. But if you have objection on fees then you can prob to your lawyer about fees. Because advocate can not take hefty amount from client . Advocate fees guideline is decided by Bar Council Of India.

Hi Ex - party Divorce is confirmed by court . Then Decree of Divorce copy you may also applied for certified copy of that order. It is upto you and your lawyer how much charges or fees decided for this matter. If you are decided priorly and now he may ask more than amount then its wrong.

Your advocate will have to give a application of set aside exparte where in the case might be resume as per the directions of the court. Every advocate has a right to charge fees but it totally depends on himself. Advocate dairy has only given minimum fees to charge..
