Marriages which are void by reason of there being coercion of either parties to the marriage can be voided/annulled and a decree of nullity of marriage can be obtained from the court after proper procedural litigation which might take sometime. If you are claiming that the Marriage was never conceived then it is easy to file a case in the family court and obtain the aforementioned decree. Hope this helps.
