Definitely you can get divorce before competent court. You have to given reason for divorce while filing petition before court. First of all you have to inform date of marriage and place of marriage. If both of you dissolve marriage mutually it's easy to proceed in court

If it is within prohibited degree of relationship you can claim for nullity of marriage under Hindu law. If you file for divorce you are bound to prove grounds which are necessary to get divorce. Secondly you need to prove that the husband has treated you with cruelty
