Q: What to do if i am involved in a election duty case
My self ajith working as a assistent engineer at city corporation ...sir during Karnataka general assembly election DEO appointed me as a sector officer on 27/03/2018 and later my executive engineer issued the office related duty orde which I did not oblige because by the time model code of conduct was in force and I continued my election duty till the end of the polling process got relived on 17/05/2018 ..but on 08/05/2018 some electrical accident happened as a result one guy died police booked me for the neglegencr of duty has my executive engineer as given my name pls give the legal advice since I have taken the charge and I only got relived form the election duty after the incident happened I am completely innocent in this case

Whether police have registered FIR against, if registered please give me FIR Number, date of registration and police station. Your case is good case in merits for quashing the FIR before Hon'ble High court and also verify before registration of FIR whether police have taken sanction from government to register case against you?

Definitely you can get divorce before competent court. You have to given reason for divorce while filing petition before court. First of all you have to inform date of marriage and place of marriage. If both of you dissolve marriage mutually it's easy to proceed in court

You have to petition before high court under section 24 of the code of civil procedure code. Only high court have power to issue order of transfer of petition from one district to another district. Therefore you have to approach high court

My husband has filed divorce in August 2017 and tried to take ex pate. I was not aware and did not get any notice as he has given incomplete address of my mother's house but he was living with me till december 24th 2017 without giving any hint that he has applied for divorce and attending court. Finally on 27th december i got to know about this by some well wisher and i am contesting the divorce. It is in mediation phase. Now i have got a Long term job in abroad and will have to travel next month. Is there any possibility to take stay order on divorce case for 12 months. Kindly help
