Legal procedure to file for divorce & adultery against wife

Hi am working in bokaro Steel plant as a assistant, my wife is working in GARHWA as a clerk in DC office. I have come to know that she is engaged with her officer. I have all whatsapp msg, call recordings, call details in which love and nude msg are send. Through recording I come to know that they are meeting.. I want to file a case against the government officer for sending adultery msg to my wife and to file a divorce against my wife. Plz help where I can go.. And file a case against both of them..
You can very well file a divorce case against your wife provided you have sufficient evidence with you but my suggestion would be if that first talk to your wife and if things works out then settle the matter amicabally
