To gat a divorce fhe humiliations and torture that your wife and her family meting out to you everyday for one or other reasons requires some evidence so that you can prove that in Court. Similarly you require some evidence to show that her character is dubious . Without these if you file for divorce the court may not grant if your wife puts up even a normal defence.

Dear Sir, The conduct of your wife is very suspicious and it is sufficient for you to file divorce case on the ground of adultery. The Court never ask for 100% proof of adultery since it is a secret act as such it cannot be proved and they cannot be any direct evidence except circumstantial evidence.
