humne husband ko legal notice send kia for restoration of marriage and unhone udhar se ye blame dal dia h ki maine apna streedhan and uski maa ka jewellery le chuki hun jabki aisa nhi hai what to do and sare cheezo ko deny kar dia hai .

restoration of marriage or restitution of conjugal rights? and anyways even if you take your streedhan it can't be a ground against you because streedhan is your property and only you have a right on it send a legal notice again denying all these and file a sec 9 application if the notice remains unattended

Aap notice ka detailed written reply advocate ke through bhejiye. Jhoote allegations ko deny karein aur streedhan/jewellery ki list aur proof maangein. Apne evidence aur chats bhi safe rakhein as per the concerned provisions of law.

Aap notice ka detailed written reply advocate ke through bhejein. Jhoote allegations ko deny karein aur apne paas jo chats, bills, photos ya proofs hain unhe preserve rakhein. Bina proof blame prove nahi hota.

If the husband has sent a legal notice for restitution of marriage and has denied the allegations regarding dowry and jewellery, the wife should immediately send a proper legal reply denying false allegations and clearly mention her facts and incidents. She should keep all evidence related to streedhan, jewellery, chats, bills, or witnesses safely. Depending on the facts, she may also initiate appropriate legal proceedings for recovery of streedhan and protection of her rights. aap ke pass court me Restitution of Conjugal Rights ke case kar sakte hai sath hi maintenance aur domestic violence me kar sakte hai aap ke criminal case yani aap police station me report bhi de sakte hai... baki case paper aur fact dekh kar hi aapko advice de sakte hai
