Legal Notice asking to come back by abusive husband

Within one month of the marriage we had heated arguments and that would result in me getting abused and physically assualted . He has mentally harrassed me and tortured me to the extent that i was ready to take my life as the pain and humiliation was unbearable. .He has been abusing my mother too. l.I had been tolerating all the abuse thinking i need to make my marriage work .In this 6 months he has broken my two brand new samsung phones and also has on numerous occasion threatened me that he will kill me and nobdy would bat an eye. He had been sending countless messages to me asking for apology .I had told him clearly i donot wish t be with him fearing for my life.He has send me now a legal notice with false allegations of illicit affair ,family torture and asked me to come back wthin 15 days .I never wanna go back to him and i want divorce from him.Please let me know what further steps i need to take regarding this ?

According to this issue, you May file petition before appropriate Court seeking divorce. and you can file the complaint before the district social welfare officer by the grounds of cruelty, under Domestic vialence act. am here to help you pls contact me through Lawrato.

if you feel there is a real physical and mental torture from your husband then you can proceed divorce react to the Telugu notice sent by her husband instead of youth you can file divorce case without sending any reply on legal notice to your husband

In this case, always think twice before doing anything. Since you have received the legal notice it becomes your duty to give a reply. You may give a reply denying all the allegations. You may state that it was he who has tortured and harassed. Finally, approach counsel on how to step up (to get a divorce) progress legally.
