Legal consequences of living with another man without getting divorce

Is it possible for a married women to live with another man without geting divorce though she has applied for divorce. If she decides to live wat arev all the consequences she has to face.

Hello Madam,
If a woman lives with another man other than her spouse then that can be used as a ground for Divorce by the husband. Further, the person with whom the woman lives can be prosecuted for offence of adultery. Only the man alone. The woman can't be prosecuted.

No problem for her but problem for him so any married person without get divorce live any other person mean that is illegal

It is an offence under Indian Penal Code if the previous marriage is still in existence. Your spouse can sue you under 494 IPC by filing a complaint in court and you will be punished. So wait till you get divorced.
