Legal advice on mutual divorce by lawers

I am hindu in religion. I have already filed petition for mutual divorce. But I want to give a second chance to my marriage and want to reconcile with my husband. Don't know what is his say. After reconciliation of mutual divorce can I stay with my in laws legally

you can always stay with your in laws if you are married otherwise technically you will be termed as cruel wife and there will be a technical issue if you withdraw it but that needs proper planning before withdrawing

Yes. you can reconcile your marriage. I suggest you to file a petition to send your matter to the mediator first. The mediator will try to reconcile you and your husband also to lead conjugal life. Thanks
