Legal advice on how to proceed

29-Jun-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I Shruti Srivastava, a hindu female with a 7 year old son, have been tortured emotionally throughout and have even faced physical tortures. My finances were all consumed in household and husband earns negligible money. Now after the latest incident of domestic violence in Jan 2020 I files a police complaint. After which I have given just 70-80k over these months for household. Now the emotional pressure is being applied. His family members calls up my husband day and night and ask him to torture me. He shouts during my office calls, doesn't let me sleep on time. Always watch videos on facebook on high volume and disturbs me when I am doing office work. I want some advice on how can I get divorce from him and what will I get after the divorce from him as he is not earning much. He just has 1 house in lucknow on his name. But his family has lots of property and his father is supporting him in making my life hell.

In your case if you had filed complaint against him and his parents so what sections. It seems that you had been tortured badly. You can file divorce on the grounds of cruelty also you can file Domestic Violence Act and get all protection orders including interim remedy.
