if you have received a section 9 notice then you are leaving apart from your husband now. if you are contemplating filing divorce case then you can as well ignore the notice which you have received from your husband

Dear Madam To pass the time and to frustrate your feelings your husband filed RCR case. To avoid payment of maintenance also many husbands file such cases. You have an option either to file a separate case or counter claim the relief of divorce under Section 23A of Hindu Marriage Act. You have another option to claim interim maintenance and alimony in the same pending proceedings.
