The husband has already filed for divorce 2 months before. My father-in-law and MIL needs dowry and properties. Husband came from abroad but we couldnt stay together due to my health issues. My FIL is verbally abusive and mentally harasses me and my parents. My in-laws controls every aspects of our lives. I love my husband but he is not ready to leave his parents either asked him to take me back nor is he willing to do blocked all contacts. What should I do?

Please try for reconciliation first. Meet some good family counselor with your husband, mail him or text him about your interest to reunion and sort out your differences. If you fail in this process then you can contact me for further action

Dear Madam, If you can, you can file Domestic Violence case against your husband and parents-in-law and forcibly enter your Matrimonial house. You may also file dowry harassment case against all of them thus your husband will be blocked from going abroad. You have to file detailed objection in the Divorce petition filed by your husband. It may be ended in compromise.
