Legal advice for getting certificates from my husband

Hello Sir/Madam After forcefully taking all my jewels my husband sent me to his parents house when I was 4 months pregnant.. my husband never helped me financially or never came to meet my baby and me.. thrice I went to his home, but each time he abused us, starved us, locked us inside, never let anyone to meet us.. after lots of struggles I use to come from him to my parents home.. now my son needs my husband's certificates to join lkg and for other requirements.. but he is refusing to give..

what is the result of intervention of your elders in this matter ? How long you are leaving separately from him now ? for the time being we can issue a notice to him for the requirement of such a certificate. why you have not filed any case against him so far ?

1. you have to file the case before the court requests your husband to get documents pertaining to your child for the purpose of his education. 2. you can lodge the Complaint in the police station to give the child related documents to you.

Dear Madam, Immediately file multiple cases against your husband like Domestic Violence, Maintenance etc. You may take restraint order from the Court and stay in the house of your husband if possible. You may also file complaint with Police and see that your husband and his family members are arrested.
