Legal advice for getting certificates from my husband

Hello Sir/Madam My son is 4 year old.. I want to join him in school.. my husband after spending all my 25 sovereign gold left me in my parents home when I was pregnant.. now for joining my son in school I want my husband's adhar card, caste certificate.. but he is not producing.. what can I do..

if you ask him straight away maybe to harass you or to escap liability he may not give. you should apply some pressure tactic to force him to give to your what you want. you better file for maintenance, then he may come forward .

1. you can get the adhar card, caste certificate from your husband by filing a case in the court. 2. you can lodge a complaint against your husband for getting the documents which are required for your son's education. 3. if any case is pending you can file an application and get your documents from your husband.
