Legal Adoption of child by new partner after divorce

I got divorced in 2020 via coart procedure. I have a daughter who is 8 and is with me since she born. She do not know anything about her biological father. I got re married in Mar23 and my husband had wants to legally adopt her to secure her future and avoid any issue by my x in future. Looking for guidance for same

Understood Ma'am, There are multiple ways to go about the adoption process but for that i need more clarity on the situation because the adoption has to be proven in the welfare of the child and for that there are certain requirements need to meet as prescribed in established statutes of law, in pursuance to that let's connect as per your convenience .

Greetings for the day, In this situation which has been stated by you, in order to safeguard rights of your daughter, your husband must execute an adoption deed in favour of your daughter so that any issue in future can be avoided.
