The new husband of such wife must be booked under section 498 IPC that is enticing a married woman. The IPC has not defined such offense but it is nothing but she running a prostitution. It is a serious matter since because Supreme Court legalised adultery so such strange things happening. in this case if the wife has married without obtaining diverse from her husband then the husband can file criminal complaint under section 494 of IPC which is punishable to the extent of seven years imprisonment with fine so the husband can file a complaint before the the court under section 200 of CRPC or file a complaint in the police station where the second marriage has taken place.
