Sir/ Madam, Marrying a person while the first marriage is still subsisting is treated as Bigamy under the IPC. If you have sufficient evidence of the second marriage of your father, he can be punished under the IPC. And his Central Govt. employment shall be oosted as he has committted an offence under the IPC.

Hi your mother can file case under section 494 of Ipc of Bigamy, and the second marriage is illegal without giving divorce, and your mother can claim maintenance from your father as well as. for further clarifications you can call us at any time,

How old are you now? Does your mother filed any petition for maintenance in the court? Does your mother working woman? See the terms and conditions at the time of marriage? You can ask your mother if possible.

First of all, please put your question with full details properly, your question is too confusing. In main headline part you told your father marrying other woman without divorce and in question you said your father married other women with taking divorce from your mom. If questions are confusing it is tough to answer. Just put your question properly and give full details to get proper suggestion. Thanks

If any one could complain or seek redress against your father it was your mother only. She did not complain or initiated any action against your father. You say 15years have passed. And your father has a daughter through his second wife. Your father's second wife cannot claim anything in your father's properties or his service benefits. If your father is not giving maintenance your mother can file case for her maintenance and for minor son or for minor/unmarried daughter.
