Left husband coz of mental harrasment.he fought during pregnancy.

My husband given me mental harrasment from the time of market and fought during pregnancy so i came to my parents house without informing anyone coz i was afraid he will ask me to sign stamp paper and will black mail me for suicide which he has done many times.Now,my baby is 1 month old .he sent section, 9 notice and asked me to present in court in 10 days.What should I be do.What happens if i don't reply to his section 9 notice and not go to court?nIt's hindu marriage.arrangrd marriage

hello, client... i understand your feelings... first tell whether you are going to live with your husband or not, under Hindu marriage act no one force you including court by way of conjugal rights.... just now you gave a birth (just born baby) considering your health condition your parents home correct choice at this time... need further more clarification please call me thank you... yours legally E Iyappan Advocate

It is better to contest the section nine case filed by your husband and you can place your defence in that case. If you do not contest the case then order will be passed against you and even then it is upto you to reunite with your husband depending on mutual conditions if any.

You appear in court either in person or through an advocate to the present your situation if you not appear then cannot explain your grievance and a harrasment suffered by you... better you appear in person or through an advocate .....
