Laws of divorce between nepal and india

I am indian citizen (girl) the boy is neapaleese cittizen and we have a baby girl. its been .5 years that we have been seperated but not filed for divorce. Can anyone guide me with the law of these two countries laws and can i apply for dirvorce in india and he is not traceable in india

in this case it necessary to know under which law your marriage is performed. if it is solemnized in India then Indian law will prevail and you can seek divorce from Indian court.
if you approach Indian court then summons may be served to embassy in nepal then he will be intimated or deported as per the case
