लड़की कहाँ रहती है। और शादी को कितना समय हो गया है। शादी के एक वर्ष बीत जाने के बाद ही तलाक याचिका दायर कर सकते है। अगर लड़का मारपीट करता है तो इसके आधार पर तलाक याचिका दायर कर सकते है और तलाक ले सकते है। ज्यादा जानकारी के लिए संपर्क करे।
