Arya smaj m shadi ki then ghr m bta diya dono ne but ldki ki family accept nh kr rhi marriage but usko ana lekin family nh aane deri...toh mujhe ky legal action lena chahiye ki proof ho ske uske family nh aane deri nd shyd vo accept nh kr rhe marriage or vo log rista dekh rhe h uske liye mai ky kru smjh nh aara

The only solution to this is to file a writ of Habeas Corpus in the high court for your spouse parents to produce her before the court so that you can get her back and also for the grant of restraining order against her parents not to interfere in your life anymore. you should call me to know how to make this happen.

You can file a case of Restitution of Conjugal Right under sec 9 of Hindu Marriage Act directly before a court so that court will issue order to bring you wife to you so that you can live together. You can also file a complaint before court directly
