Mera mutual divorce hua h. Meri ek govt job h jiski paylevel 6 h , aur salary 60,000 monthly h jbki ex- husband bank manager h , uski salary 1 lakh h.Hmari shaadi 2019 ko hui .jisme hum saath mein 6 months hi rhe. Hmara koi baby nhi h , mere papa ji ki pension h bhut Kam h, sister aur brother abhi pdhai kr rey h , ex- husband k family me 2 bhai h unemployed h , father ki pension h , kya in sbhi condition me mujhe Alimony mil skegi??

Yes, you can get alimony under hindu law. Court see the income of both, liability of both, property of both and conduct of both and as per information given you are eligible for alimony for more information contact Adv ranjeet Sonker

Yes You can claim alimony and it would be given to you as per law. In your petition you have to write each and every detail to get alimony.. However it depends upon case to case that how much alimony you will get

अगर आप कोई सरकारी नोकरी करती हैं तो आप अपने पति से कोई अलिमनी की मांग नही कर सकती हैं भले ही आपका पति 1 लाख रुपये महिना ले रहा है तो इस कारण से आप भरण पोषण की हकदार नही हो जाति है कानून की नजर में आप अपना खुद पेट भर सकती है
