1 does law say that husband will not bear wife's daily need expenses if she is earning?
2 If husband gives pressure to give money will this count as cruelty.
3 If husband and his family kept bride's gold and asks to leave the house will this count as cruelty
4 If husband abuses mentally ( he asked me to die)?
5 he provokes me to divorce him .
What you mentioning are instances that amounts to the domestic violence and hence you can file a domestic violence complaint directly to the court. If you have any issue then you may so ask for Mentainance charges for the issue if you are already earning.

yes all the action of your husband amounts to cruelty and so far as bearing the expense of wife is the duty of husband and it is an excuse to some extent in maintenance case that the wife is earning and that too more than the husband. but for bringing the whole act of your in laws and husband under the ambit of cruelty it needs to be put in a way so that the relevant sections of cruelty befitted in you case.
