I have filed maintenance case at family court and domestic violence case is at district court. Is it allowed by the superior court to order the transfer of all the cases at family court...so as to suit the convenience of other party..!?
Yes if want to trasfer a case from one district to another district in any particular state you need to file trasfer petition before the highcourt and if you want to trasfer one state to another state then suprem court of india

No it is not allowed because in family courts marriage Petitions are allowed and whatever case of Domestic Violence Act you had filed in District court is criminal application which one can file before Magistrate. So you can't bring both case under one umbrella.
