Judge Disposed Hma24 Application But Ignore Other Misc Application

24-Apr-2023 (In Divorce Law)
In hma24 hearing, I made a lot of submissions to family judge. 1. Detailed reply on her income and expenditure and breakdown to explain her each falsified information or claim on income & expenses 2. Then, Submitted application cpc 151 read with section xi , to seek missing information & evidence & documents 3. Then submitted application 340crpc for falsehood and hiding on income and expenditure. Judge did not read even a single submission. No reference to them in its order sheets or judgement. I do have their certified copies of submission. Judge disposed hma24 anti me but did not disposed 2 sub-applications I sometime read that going through all submissions & disposing pending applications is mandatory A). Is this correct or was I under wrong impression, & that judge can choose what application to dispose or not B)  is there any legal judgement , provision which clarifies this, that all application like 151/ 340 have 2 be disposed before main application.

Hi,

My response may not suit what you expect to read from the responses here.

You change your Advocate. You are in a better position to review what has been happening inside the Courtroom in your matter.

You are the better judge of the situation.

your case is at an advanced stage. as a lawyer, i would advise you to talk to your own counsel and not seek outside help as the opinions can vary and confuse you. the other lawyer might have a strategy in place which you and I wont be aware of. so, please dont look for outside help when you already have your own lawyer
