I have seen your query carefully and found that your husband is not willing to return your jewelry which is your Stri-dhan . In this situation you can send him a legal notice through a competent lawyer to return your Stridhan within 15 days. if your husband still not return your jewelry then you can file a criminal complaint case against your husband and in-laws for cheating and breach of trust under Section 420 and 406 Indian penal code if you want any more information please feel comfortable to talk to me directly without any hesitation.

yes you can also claim for jewellery .. i think you have evidence of jewellery .. chats and recording regarding your jewelry .. you have to be clear about my problem and allegation . need to discuss about the issue and file case against your husband .. you have to be clear about what you are going to do ...if it is varanasi jurisdiction .. we can proceed

1. you r free to filling a recovery suit against ur husband 2. u can file a divorce petition against him and mention all the items which was given to him by ur parents when court is satisfied by ur opinion about divorce then court ordered ur husband return the all gift or items to u and also ordered ur divorce 3. u can file FIR in police station in many sections of Indian penal code when police deny to lodge the FIR u should approach the concerned court to ordered the police for lodge the FIR. etc
