Jewellery given on my marriage by both

I have left my husband's home due to continuous mental harassments from my in laws and husband. It is almost 2 years ,I am staying with my parents. My jewellery are still with my husband. It contains jewellery gifted to me both from my parents and in laws during my marriage. He is not agree to return any jewellery and giving different excuses. Whether I will get only those jewellery given to me by my parents or all the jewellery gifted to me during my marriage. Please suggest.

yes you will surely get back those jewellery because any jewellery or ornaments of gold, silver and bronze and all articles received are known as stridhan articles a very complaint needs to made to obtain the same and it is not a complicated process many will suggest you to file multiple cases but such is not required need more details for better guidance

do you have the Bill of the jewellery which was gifted to you in marriage then you will get it and since you are living separately from your husband have you filed for divorce or you have taken divorce plz detail it....

Yes you are entitled to get return of all your Streedhan by taking certain legal steps and if they refuse to return it even after Court's direction, then they shall be punished with Imprisonment or fine or with both.
